Salary:
The salary for the post of Field Supervisor (Safety) on a contractual basis is as follows
Pay Scale: Rs. 23,000-3%-1,05,000/-
Initial Basic Pay: Rs. 23,000/-
Additional benefits are IDA+HRA+perks @35% of basic pay.

Eligibility criteria for POWERGRID field supervisor recruitment

Candidates must have a full-time diploma in any of the following:
Electrical Electrical (Power), Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems Engineering, Power Engineering (Electrical), Civil, Mechanical, Fire Technology and Safety, with a minimum 55% marks from recognized technical board/ institute.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in safety implementation at work sites is required.

Age limit:
29 years maximum as of 25.03.2025
OBC (NCL): 32 years maximum (3 years relaxation)
SC/ST: 34 years max (5 years relaxation)
Ex-serviceman: as per government rule (service period+3years)

Selection process

1. Screening test: A screening test will be conducted for candidates found eligible after the scrutiny. The test consists of two sections.
a. technical knowledge test.
