MOIL recruitment 2025: MOIL Limited, a prestigious Miniratna Category-I PSU under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, has released the notification for recruiting under various technical posts. The total number of vacancies for the MOIL limited recruitment drive is 75, distributed across various posts.

Moil recruitment eligibility criteria
To apply for the MOIL recruitment, applicants must have the following qualifications:

| Select Grade Mine Foreman | B.E./B.Tech in Mining OR Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying OR SSC with valid certificates. |
| Mine Foreman-I | Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying OR SSC with valid certificates. |
| Mine Mate Gr.-I | SSC Pass with valid Mine Mate Certificate. |
| Blaster Gr.-II | SSC Pass with valid Blaster’s Certificate. |
| Winding Engine Driver-II | SSC Pass with 1st Class Winding Engine Driver’s Certificate. |
Age limit:
1. For select grade mine forearm and mine forearm: maximum age is 45 years. (relaxation as per govt norms)
2.For mine mate and winding engineer driver: maximum age is 40 years. (relaxation as per govt norms)
3.For blaster: maximum age is 35 years.

Moil recruitment 2025 selection procedure
Candidates have to go through the following selection process:
1. Compute-based test(CBT): only applicable for Select Grade Mine Foreman, Mine Foreman, Mine Mate, and Blaster. The test duration will be 90 minutes, and the test will consist of General Knowledge (10 marks), Reasoning (10 marks), and Subject Knowledge (80 marks), qualifying marks General/EWS: 50% SC/ST/OBC: 40%
2. Trade test: Applicable for Winding Engine Driver, details will be shared via SMS, email, and call letter.
3. Document verification.
4. Medical process.
