Salary Details
The salary for all the posts is the same. The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹37,000/- with additional compensation of Rs 3000/- for extra hours, subject to experience and project requirements.

The age limit for HCSL project officer recruitment is as follows:
UR/General: 45 years maximum.
OBC (non-creamy-layer): 48 years (3 years relaxation)

Selection process
The selection process for Project Officer positions at HCSL consists of an Objective Type Test, Personal Interview, and Power Point Presentation to assess the candidate’s knowledge and experience.
1. Objective type test: 60 minutes duration, 50 Multiple Choice Questions (General Knowledge: 10 marks, Subject-Based: 40 marks).
No negative marking.
Minimum pass marks: UR/EWS: 50%, OBC: 45%, SC/ST: 40%.
2. Personal interview: 20 marks.
Candidates are shortlisted based on Objective Test scores and document verification.
3. Power point presentation: 30 marks.
4. Final merit list: Based on aggregate marks (Objective Test: 50, Interview: 20, Presentation: 30).
Tie-breaker: Marks in Subject-Based Test, senior candidate will get priority.
